Office Hours

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Central Station hour is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 24-hour emergency service is also available.

Central Station Instructions

For those customers with a Central Station Account number ending in DF or beginning with DF:

1.  Go to Central Station

2.  In the box labeled “Receiver”, enter “DF” (no quotes)

3.  In the “Account #” box enter your Central Station Account Number (Numbers only…no DF)

4.  In the “Passcode” box, enter your password.

5.  Click LOGIN.
